Ross,
M.A.,
CCC, Principal of VOCAL IMPACT®, works with people and
organizations who want excellent communication skills. As
a Voice Specialist/Speech Pathologist, she is an internationally
recognized communications expert with over twenty-five years
of diverse experiences in voice, speech and communication
improvement. She is a public speaker and seminar leader as
well as member of the National Speakers Association, Meeting
Professionals International, and The Voice Foundation. Her
extensive training in all aspects of communication from working
with The American Repertory Theatre, Cambridge, MA to working
as the Voice Specialist/Speech Pathologist at Tufts-New England
Medical Center make her confident in her ability to improve
